Digital Asset License Agreement

This agreement ("License") governs your use of digital assets, downloadable files, project files, materials, textures, scenes, educational resources, and related digital content ("Assets") provided by SEFKI IBRAHIM 3D LIMITED ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") through Hyperreal Vault, online courses, digital products, and other educational services available at www.sefkiibrahim.com ("Website").

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hyperreal 3D Character Creation
  • Hyperreal Character Creation in UE5
  • Hyperreal Vault
  • downloadable assets, mini-series, educational recordings, and future digital products

By downloading, accessing, or using any Assets, you ("Licensee," "you") agree to be bound by the terms of this License. This License forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Personal, Non-Commercial Educational Use

Subject to your ongoing compliance with this License and our Terms & Conditions, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Assets solely for:

  • personal learning
  • education and skill development
  • personal projects
  • non-commercial portfolio presentations, showreels, and learning demonstrations

This licence is provided strictly for non-commercial educational purposes only.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

1.2 No Commercial Use

This License does not grant any commercial usage rights.

You may not use the Assets in:

  • commercial projects
  • freelance or client work
  • paid productions
  • games, film, animation, advertising, or commercial media
  • products or services intended to generate revenue

Commercial use requires a separate written licensing agreement from SEFKI IBRAHIM 3D LIMITED.

2. Permitted Uses (Non-Commercial)

You may use the Assets for:

  • personal education and learning
  • skill development and practice
  • personal, non-commercial creative projects
  • inclusion in personal portfolios or showreels, provided the use is strictly non-commercial
  • educational demonstrations

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • use the Assets for any commercial purpose without written permission
  • use Assets in paid work or client projects
  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or transfer Assets to any third party
  • upload Assets to marketplaces, stock libraries, or file-sharing websites
  • share download links or account access with others
  • claim ownership of the Assets
  • modify and redistribute Assets as your own work
  • train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning systems using the Assets, whether commercially or non-commercially
  • include Assets in datasets for AI training or fine-tuning
  • use Assets for unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful purposes

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Assets remain the sole intellectual property of SEFKI IBRAHIM 3D LIMITED.

Nothing in this License transfers ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited right to use the Assets only in accordance with this License.

5. Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

While not required, attribution to:

Sefki Ibrahim
or
Hyperreal Vault

is appreciated when showcasing work created using the Assets.

6. Termination of Licence

This License remains effective from the moment you access or download the Assets and continues unless terminated.

We reserve the right to revoke access or terminate this License immediately if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Assets and delete any copies where legally required.

Any restrictions relating to:

  • redistribution
  • commercial use
  • AI training
  • intellectual property

remain enforceable indefinitely.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEFKI IBRAHIM 3D LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss, damages, interruption, or issues arising from use of the Assets.

8. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
